How to Quickly Access and Resend Client Login Links in ProNotary
If a client can’t find their login link after an invitation has been sent, there’s a simple way to resend it. Here’s how:
- Go to the All Transactions section.
- Select the transaction you’re working with.
- Click on the gearbox (settings icon) next to the transaction.
- Scroll down to find the Automatic Sign On Link.
- Click Create and Copy Link — you’ll see a message that says “Link Copied.”
- You can then send the copied link to your client via text or email.
