How to Quickly Access and Resend Client Login Links in ProNotary

If a client can’t find their login link after an invitation has been sent, there’s a simple way to resend it. Here’s how:

  1. Go to the All Transactions section.
  2. Select the transaction you’re working with.
  3. Click on the gearbox (settings icon) next to the transaction.
  4. Scroll down to find the Automatic Sign On Link.
  5. Click Create and Copy Link — you’ll see a message that says “Link Copied.”
  6. You can then send the copied link to your client via text or email.
